I, Paul D. Cardin, P.A., am The Walrus. I spent 30 years in public accounting before retiring to consult with pro-family organizations on how to combat Internet obscenity and child pornography.
In that regard, I have conducted CLEET certified workshops for the National District Attorneys Association and the National Association of Attorneys General. I have advised and worked with the Justice Department, the FBI, law enforcement agencies across the country, state legislatures and the US Congress. My White Paper on the Internet was used in arguments before the US Supreme Court.
I am currently a partner in Wheat Communications LLC, a web site services company in Oklahoma City.

[IMPORTANT - Concerning this blog site, remember that blogs display posts in reverse chronological order, with the latest being displayed first. For my testimony, please look for the earliest post first. - The Walrus]
I am also a Christian, and my testimony is an important part of this blog site. Please look in the categories “Religion“, “My Miracle” and “My Continuing Miracle“.
I am an unreconstructed Reagan Republican who has been in the tank for McCain for 8 years. Thus, my occassional rants in “Politics“.
Because humor is a big part of my life (and live in general), I have a “Just for Fun” category. In that category you will also find occassional examples of one of my hobbies. i like to send in emails to various cable news shows. Like spotting different state license plates on a trip, I like to rack up instances where my emails are read on the air.
During the late 1990’s, I worked with and for Oklahomans for Children and Families (OCAF). Information about that organization, and my work there, will gradually be put in the “OCAF” category.
Finally, the “Prodigy” category will be a collection of the posts I made to the Prodigy Adoption Forums in 1992. We had adopted two older siblings and this is where we connected with other parents who had done the same. I will be adding posts here gradually as they are stuck deep, deep in my computer’s archives. Additional posts concerning our adoption experiences can be found in the “Adoption” category.
